Today, 5th June like many other 5th June, signifies an important date in the world calendar. It is World Environment Day. Let us all remember this date.
In conjunction with this date, the much awaited 93 mins long non-profit film about the environment, HOME is officially launched.
“We are living in exceptional times. Scientists tell us that we have 10 years to change the way we live, avert the depletion of natural resources and the catastrophic evolution of the Earth’s climate. The stakes are high for us and our children. Everyone should take part in the effort, and HOME has been conceived to take a message of mobilization out to every human being.” – Yann Arthus-Bertrand
Watch the full-length movie on YouTube (available in HD!) and at the same time it will also be made available in DVDs and cinemas (at least in France), and it will be shown as a primetime broadcast on France 2.
HOME is directed by Yann Arthus-Bertrand and produced by Luc Besson (producer of The Fifth Element), this is the first time that a full-length movie makes its debut both on YouTube and in theaters in certain countries.
