4 hours after placing my order via the internet my order was delivered to my door.
Product was as described and in good order as far as i could tell price was the same as other local shops. But delivered to my door! This was so easy and delivery so good. Now thats what i call service.

Title: Very Responsive
Bought an aquarium and a number of other items from FnM.
1) I had some plants coming in the next day and needed the aquarium to be delivered by then. FnM was able to make changes to the delivery schedule to meet my request.
2) An item was missed in the delivery but they manage to redeliver it the same day.
3) The lights of my aquarium broke down within a day but FnM was able to do get the agent to do a 1 for 1 exchange. The lights is working fine now.
In all, the delivery process was not entirely smooth (partially due to my fault for rushing them) but FnM was able to provide prompt updates and speedy resolution which is always important for a customer.
