Excellent service rendered by Edmund and the team. Extremely accomodating towards the arrangement made for delivery. Had some issues with fixing up my skimmer and Edmund stayed on to help on his own accord. Would definately recommend Fresh n Marine to all other reefers as your one stop aquarium supplies and needs!

Title: Very Responsive
Bought an aquarium and a number of other items from FnM.
1) I had some plants coming in the next day and needed the aquarium to be delivered by then. FnM was able to make changes to the delivery schedule to meet my request.
2) An item was missed in the delivery but they manage to redeliver it the same day.
3) The lights of my aquarium broke down within a day but FnM was able to do get the agent to do a 1 for 1 exchange. The lights is working fine now.
In all, the delivery process was not entirely smooth (partially due to my fault for rushing them) but FnM was able to provide prompt updates and speedy resolution which is always important for a customer.

4 hours after placing my order via the internet my order was delivered to my door.
